Seriously how would it feel to know everyday that you are on track and that your entire business content strategy has a plan?als and you are prepared. You are focused on the end result. You don't need to just throw up or re-post anything! You have your game plan!

Here are the 8 ways that I literally show up every single week. These 8 tips keep my business running like a well oiled machine. I literally feel like I am about to spill some deep dark insider secret!

My 8 tips for showing up and having a strong content strategy-

1- I have an on hand list of topics I like to use aka as my content calendar idea list.

2- I write out the days of the week on a blank piece of paper. I will then create a map of what I will post each day and what topics I will highlight. This is just a rough draft. Basic outlines of promotions, blog posts, whatever big ticket items I am working on that week. Sometimes my ideas really start spilling out and I have to circle the days with colored sharpies. (side note- I love sharpies)

3- I create a google doc. For each post topic I write out detailed post description (some are short and some are long).

4- I create a graphic or choose a photo that relates.

5- I schedule the content into Hootesuite. You can use any scheduling tool you want, but you MUST use one!

6- I take all of the topic ideas from my google doc and will re-purpose them. I turn them into email topics, blog ideas, etc. If you take the time to create valuable content, use it as much as you can. I would like to also point out, that you need to be creating valuable content. Not just fancy quotes. Save those quotes for when you are in a serious bind, but you still know that you need to show up with power!

Your content should be so valuable that you can re-purpose it just about anywhere. Here's a little secret. These 8 tips are from a previous Instagram post. I then used the same content to create an email. I am now using this same information to write this blog post. I am just expanding on each topic to give you even more killer value! I could even turn these tips into a checklist and use it as an opt-in. Get where this is going? I hope so!

7- I connect and respond to my online community. I interact in Facebook groups. I will comment on blog posts. I will make new connections on Instagram and Twitter. I will answer any questions or responses that I get. I will find new people to connect with. THIS IS SO IMPORTANT!!! That's why I just used the caps button.

8- I leave room for inspiration or change. Having a content calendar or list of ideas is just how I get the ball rolling. New ideas and thoughts hit me all the time. Having the written list or map allows me to easily insert new badass ideas while still staying organized. AND it also guarantees that I’m not thinking or acting bat shit crazy. It’s a laid out plan and all I have to do is execute it. Boom!

I know you want to wake up everyday not stressed or worried over your social media and content goals. You know what they are and you know just how you are going to get there. This weekly map will get you there!

Have more questions about what I do daily or even weekly? Leave your comments below and I will respond. Tell me what makes your week great and how you stay so organized.
